再生骨料混凝土的強度和耐久性能試驗研究

[提要] 考慮再生骨料的來源和替代率、水膠比、粉煤灰摻量和含氣量等因素,對14個系列混凝土的7d和28d抗壓強度、抗折強度和彈性模量等進行了試驗,對其中8個系列進行了快速凍融試驗,采用共振法測試了其相對動彈性模量和重量損失率。結果表明,再生骨料的飽和面干密度比天然骨料的要小一些,而其吸水性比天然骨料的要大;再生骨料的替代率和來源對再生混凝土強度影響基本在10%范圍之內(nèi);采取外摻粉煤灰和引氣劑所配置的再生混凝土,其抗凍性會有很大程度的提高,可以滿足寒冷區(qū)域環(huán)境下使用;再生混凝土的彈性模量比普通混凝土的要低一些。

Experimental Study on Behavior of Strength and Durability of Recycled Aggregate Concrete/

Abstract:Experiment considering the source and replacement ratio of the recycled aggregate, water cement ratio, the fly ash content, air content etc. was carried on, including 14 series of 7d and 28d compressed strength, bending strength and the modulus of elasticity etc, from which 8 series carried on the fast freezing and thawing test, adopting the resonance method to test it relative dynamic modulus of elasticity and measure it weight loss. Experimental results show that the density of recycled aggregate under saturated dry condition is smaller than the natural aggregate, but it absorbs more water compared with natural aggregate.The recycled aggregate will have the influence to the recycled concrete strength in lieu of the rate and sources,but it affects the scope not more than 10%.Adding the fly ash and air entrainment to recycled concrete, its antifreeze ability will be much enhanced,which can satisfy the environment of the cold district usage. The modulus of elasticity of recycled aggregate concrete is lower.
