[摘要]天津于家堡綜合交通樞紐站房屋蓋采用單層網(wǎng)殼結(jié)構(gòu),其建筑外觀為貝殼形,目前是國(guó)內(nèi)跨度最大的單層網(wǎng)殼結(jié)構(gòu)。焊接箱形桿件呈空間雙螺旋交織布置,為非規(guī)則空間曲面造型。結(jié)合于家堡單層網(wǎng)殼結(jié)構(gòu),詳細(xì)分析了其在跨度、建筑造型、網(wǎng)格形式、節(jié)點(diǎn)形式、桿件截面和內(nèi)力、支座約束、施工方法等方面在工程上實(shí)現(xiàn)的諸多突破和創(chuàng)新,形成了獨(dú)有的工程特點(diǎn),諸如網(wǎng)格形狀大小無(wú)一相同、一個(gè)節(jié)點(diǎn)一種構(gòu)造、桿件同時(shí)承受軸力、雙向彎矩、雙向剪力以及扭矩的復(fù)雜內(nèi)力、支座水平推力較大等。同時(shí)分析了這些突破和創(chuàng)新給網(wǎng)殼結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì)、施工等方面帶來(lái)的一系列關(guān)鍵技術(shù)問(wèn)題,并且針對(duì)這些關(guān)鍵技術(shù)問(wèn)題提出了十字隔板焊接節(jié)點(diǎn)、雙支座模型等解決措施,為大跨度、非規(guī)則單層網(wǎng)殼結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì)提供參考。

Key technology in design of conch-shape super large span single-layer reticulated shell in Tianjin Yujiapu transport hub

Abstract: The roof of Tianjin Yujiapu transport hub is single-layer reticulated shell structure, which has conch-shape architectural appearance. This structure is the largest span single-layer reticulated shell in China at present.The welded-box members distribute along two-way spatial spirals and its surface is irregular cure. Combining with the Yujiapu single-layer reticulated shell structure, such as its span and architectural shape, form of grids and joints, sections and internal forces of members, support restriction and construction method, many breakthroughs and innovations in the area of structure engineering were described in detail. And this project forms its own characteristics: shapes and dimensions of grids are different from each other; every joint has a different structure; each member bears complexly axial force, two-way shear forces, two-way moments and torsion at the same time; horizontal support reactions are great. Meanwhile, a series of key technology problems in structural design and construction that brought by these breakthroughs and innovations were put forward, and corresponding solution measures such as cruciform diaphragm welded joint and double-support model were proposed. The purpose is to provide a reference for the design of large span and irregular single-layer reticulated shell.
