750kV格構(gòu)式變電構(gòu)架節(jié)點板厚度優(yōu)化試驗研究及仿真分析*

摘要]對采用不同厚度節(jié)點板的750kV格構(gòu)式變電構(gòu)架格構(gòu)柱KT形節(jié)點進行了足尺試驗及有限元仿真分析,考察了其在設(shè)計荷載和1.5倍設(shè)計荷載作用下的受力及變形情況。結(jié)果表明,節(jié)點板厚度減小后,設(shè)計荷載作用下其仍處于彈性工作狀態(tài),1.5倍設(shè)計荷載作用下其仍然安全,可為節(jié)點板設(shè)計提供參考依據(jù)。

Experimental study and simulation analysis on gusset-plate thickness optimization of 750kV lattice substation frame

Abstract: Full-scale tests and relevant finite element simulation analysis were conducted on lattice column gusset-plates with different thickness of a 750kV lattice substation frame to study the stress and deformation behavior under the design load and 1.5 times of the design load.Results reveal that after the reduction of the gusset-plate thickness, the column is still in elastic working state under the design load and keeps in safety under 1.5 times of the design load.The study provides reference for gusset-plate design.
