某設(shè)置隔震支座的多塔連體結(jié)構(gòu)抗震性能研究

(北京城建設(shè)計研究總院有限責(zé)任公司第一設(shè)計研發(fā)中心,北京 100037)[摘要]某大型商業(yè)開發(fā)工程在塔樓間設(shè)置非對稱且偏心的多層連體結(jié)構(gòu),使原本規(guī)則的單塔結(jié)構(gòu)形成復(fù)雜多塔連體結(jié)構(gòu)。為減輕地震作用時連體與塔樓共同振動導(dǎo)致塔樓地震力和扭轉(zhuǎn)變形加大的不利影響,連體與塔樓間采用鉛芯疊層橡膠隔震支座進(jìn)行連接。采用兩種程序進(jìn)行小震彈性反應(yīng)譜和地震波時程分析,通過比較單塔工況和多塔連體工況的樓層剪力和層間位移角來研究該結(jié)構(gòu)的抗震性能。研究結(jié)果表明,由于鉛芯疊層橡膠隔震支座的采用,多塔連體工況時各塔樓和連體結(jié)構(gòu)的振動狀態(tài)趨向于獨(dú)立振動,相互影響程度小,且多塔連體工況時塔樓的地震響應(yīng)比單塔工況時要小,減小幅度約為65%~95%,能較好地減輕塔樓在地震作用下的響應(yīng)。[關(guān)鍵詞]多塔連體結(jié)構(gòu); 隔震支座; 抗震性能; 地震波時程分析中圖分類號:TU318 文獻(xiàn)標(biāo)識碼:A 文章編號:1002-848X(2014)05-0050-07Research on seismic performance of a multi-tower connected structure with isolation bearingsChen Junru, Chen Jinke(The First Design and Research Center, Beijing Urban Engineering Design & Research Institute Co., Ltd., Beijing 100037, China)Abstract: A complex multi-tower connected structure used for commercial development consists of unsymmetrical and eccentrically multi-story connecting bodies among several regular towers. In order to reduce the seismic forces and torsional deformation of the multi-tower structure due to resonance between connecting bodies and towers during the earthquake, lead core laminated rubber isolation bearings were used to connect the connecting bodies and towers. Seismic response spectrum analysis and time-history analysis under frequent earthquake were carried out using two different kinds of software and the seismic performance of the multi-tower structure was evaluated through the comparison of story shear and inter-story drift angle under single-tower condition and connected multi-tower condition. Results show that usage of lead core laminated rubber isolation bearings makes towers and connecting bodies vibrate independently and mitigates the interaction between towers and connecting bodies under connected multi-tower condition.
