[摘要]曲靖體育場鋼屋蓋采用斜交空間管桁架結(jié)構(gòu),屋面最大懸挑長度達到46m,結(jié)構(gòu)整體穩(wěn)定成為值得關(guān)注的關(guān)鍵問題。應(yīng)用ABAQUS有限元軟件進行了線彈性屈曲分析,以此確定了初始幾何缺陷的分布模式,進而分析了結(jié)構(gòu)的整體穩(wěn)定性能,并研究了節(jié)點剛度和重要桿件對結(jié)構(gòu)整體穩(wěn)定性能的影響。研究結(jié)果表明:鋼屋蓋屬于缺陷不敏感結(jié)構(gòu);在最不利組合工況下,考慮幾何、材料雙重非線性時,結(jié)構(gòu)整體穩(wěn)定系數(shù)約為3.0,滿足規(guī)范要求;節(jié)點剛度對結(jié)構(gòu)整體穩(wěn)定性能影響較小;部分重要桿件失效后,結(jié)構(gòu)仍具有較強的承載力。

Overall stability analysis of steel roof of Qujing Stadium

Abstract: Oblique spatial tubular trusses were adopted in the steel roof of Qujing Stadium. Its largest cantilevered span comes to 46m. Structural overall stability becomes the key issue of attention. The finite element analysis software ABAQUS was used to analyze linear-elastic buckling, based on which the distribution mode of initial geometrical imperfection was determined, as well as structural overall stability was analyzed. The effect of joint stiffness and key elements on structural overall stability was also studied. The research results show that the steel roof is insensitive to initial geometrical imperfection. The coefficient of structural overall stability for considering both geometric and material nonlinearity is about 3.0 under the most unfavorable load combination, which satisfies the design code. The joint stiffness has not significant influence on structural overall stability. The bearing capacity of the steel roof will still be strong even if parts of key elements fail.
