[摘要]介紹了外方內(nèi)圓(或外矩形內(nèi)圓)新型復(fù)合鋼管混凝土柱(又稱為新型復(fù)合柱)的受力特點(diǎn)和研究進(jìn)展。通過一項(xiàng)具體工程中柱的設(shè)計(jì),基于現(xiàn)有研究成果,給出了新型復(fù)合柱的承載力計(jì)算公式,提出了其與鋼梁連接節(jié)點(diǎn)的設(shè)計(jì)與構(gòu)造建議,并與普通矩形鋼管混凝土柱進(jìn)行了經(jīng)濟(jì)性比較。結(jié)果表明:在超高層建筑底部加強(qiáng)區(qū)采用新型復(fù)合柱,可充分發(fā)揮內(nèi)圓鋼管的約束作用,提高其抗震性能;建議的節(jié)點(diǎn)構(gòu)造簡(jiǎn)單可靠,受力機(jī)理與現(xiàn)有研究成果基本相同;計(jì)算公式可以偏安全地計(jì)算新型復(fù)合柱的承載力;當(dāng)框架柱截面較大時(shí),新型復(fù)合柱可比普通矩形鋼管混凝土柱節(jié)省用鋼量。

Design method of new composite-sectioned concrete-filled steel tubular columns

Abstract: The characteristics of new composite-sectioned concrete filled steel tubular (CSCFT) columns were introduced as well as recent progress in the study of CSCFT columns. Based on the design procedure of CSCFT columns columns in a project and current research achievements of CSCFT columns, carrying capacity design formulas of CSCFT columns were introduced. The suggestions of design and construction method of I-shape steel beams CSCFT columns connection were proposed, and the economy comparison was conducted between CSCFT columns and common concrete-filled rectangular steel tube. The results indicate that the use of CSCFT columns in super high-rise buildings, especially at the bottom strengthened zone, can exploit the confining effect of inner circular steel tube to the full and improve the seismic performance of CSCFT columns. The proposed steel beams CSCFT columns connection is simple and reliable, and its mechanical behavior is much the same as current research achievements. The proposed design formulas of CSCFT columns can calculate its carrying capacity safely. The use of CSCFT columns save more steel than common concrete-filled rectangular steel tube when the section of frame column is comparatively large.
