[摘要]對東莞某37層商業(yè)中心的鋼管混凝土柱-混凝土梁外加強環(huán)搭接節(jié)點進(jìn)行了擬靜力抗震性能試驗研究,根據(jù)實際工程設(shè)計制作了4組8個1∶5的節(jié)點試驗?zāi)P?,采?/span>Ø219的Q345無縫鋼管混凝土柱混凝土梁節(jié)點。第1,2組試件為剛接節(jié)點,焊接在外加強環(huán)的外伸牛腿上,用以分析不同軸壓比作用下節(jié)點的抗震性能;第3,4組試件為搭接節(jié)點,梁主筋搭接在外加強環(huán)的外伸牛腿上,牛腿長度不同,用以分析牛腿長度不同對節(jié)點抗震性能的影響??紤]地震的P-Δ效應(yīng),加載時采用柱端加載方式進(jìn)行擬靜力試驗,得到了節(jié)點的滯回曲線及破壞情況,分析了其延性系數(shù)、等效粘滯系數(shù)、強度與剛度退化等抗震指標(biāo)以及破壞機理,并利用ABAQUS軟件對節(jié)點進(jìn)行了周期加載模擬,計算所得骨架曲線與試驗結(jié)果吻合良好,可為實際工程設(shè)計提供參考依據(jù)。

Experimental research and finite element analysis on seismic performance of lap connections between concrete-filled steel tube column-concrete beam with external ring

Abstract: Based on a 37-floor business center in Dongguan, a quasi-static seismic performance experimental research was carried out on lap connections between concrete-filled steel tube column-concrete beam with external ring. Four groups of eight test models with 1∶5 scale ratio were made according to the actual engineering design and connections adopt seamless steel tube column (strength of Q345 and diameter of Ø219) concrete beam. Specimens of group 1 and 2 were welded on the overhanging corbel of external ring in the form of rigid connection to analyze seismic performance of the connection under different axial compression ratios. Specimens of group 3 and 4 were lapped on the overhanging corbel (different lengths) of external ring in the form of rigid connection to analyze seismic performance of the connection under different lengths of overhanging corbel. Considering seismic P-Δeffect, quasi-static test was carried out in the loading way at the end of the column. Hysteresis curve and the damage situation were obtained. The ductility factor, equivalent viscous coefficient, seismic indexes such as strength and stiffness degradation, and failure mechanism were analyzed. Cycle loading simulation was carried out on connections using ABAQUS finite element software to get skeleton curves that are in good agreement with test results, providing a reference basis for practical projects.
