［摘要］采用外套預(yù)制鋼筋混凝土墻對(duì)老舊砌體住宅進(jìn)行加固，可以在提高結(jié)構(gòu)抗震性能的基礎(chǔ)上增加建筑面積。由于加固后的結(jié)構(gòu)屬于砌體混凝土混合結(jié)構(gòu)，結(jié)構(gòu)動(dòng)力分析具有一定的難度。通過對(duì)一個(gè)5層足尺砌體試驗(yàn)樓擬靜力試驗(yàn)和數(shù)值模擬結(jié)果的對(duì)比，驗(yàn)證了采用的數(shù)值模擬方法的可行性。然后對(duì)一個(gè)外套加固試點(diǎn)工程進(jìn)行了結(jié)構(gòu)罕遇地震下動(dòng)力時(shí)程分析，分析結(jié)果表明，加固后砌體結(jié)構(gòu)的動(dòng)力響應(yīng)減小，結(jié)構(gòu)抗震能力得到有效增強(qiáng)。分析方法可為類似加固結(jié)構(gòu)的設(shè)計(jì)計(jì)算提供參考。

Numerical simulation study of a seismic strengthened old masonry residence

Abstract: The strengthening method of the old masonry residence by external prefabricated reinforced concrete wall improves the seismic performance of structure and increases building area. The strengthened structure is a composite structure of masonry structure and concrete structure, dynamic analysis of which is difficult. Numerical simulation of a five-story full-scale masonry structure was studied and the result is compared with the result of pseudo-static test to verify the feasibility of the numerical simulation method. Then, a strengthened project was taken as an example to take dynamic time-history analysis under the rare earthquake. The results show that the seismic response of strengthened structure decreases greatly and the seismic capability improves significantly. The analysis method provides reference for the design of similar strengthened structures.
