[摘要]詳細介紹了蘇州星海街9號既有廠房改造結(jié)構(gòu)設計的思路、方法及改造設計全過程。根據(jù)改造前可靠度鑒定結(jié)果,充分利用原廠房特點,發(fā)揮原結(jié)構(gòu)盈余度,保留原廠房90%以上結(jié)構(gòu);采用預制方樁進行地基基礎加固;采用現(xiàn)澆空心樓蓋進行加層設計;對外加走廊、入口門廳、內(nèi)庭院開洞等設計進行了詳細分析和合理構(gòu)造;另外對改造前后主體結(jié)構(gòu)進行整體對比分析計算,提供了新增樓面與原結(jié)構(gòu)連接的不同方法,且對加層改造后整體結(jié)構(gòu)再次進行檢測鑒定,確保結(jié)構(gòu)安全。

Structural design of original factory reconstitution in No.9 Xinghai Street of Suzhou

Abstract:Design idea, methods and the entire design process of the original factory reconstitution in No.9 Xinghai Street of Suzhou were introduced. Based on the reliability qualification tests before reconstitution, more than 90% original structure of the factory was retained, making full use of the original factory’s characteristics and structural surplus. Prefab square piles were used to strengthen foundations. Cast-in-situ concrete hollow floor structure was used to add floors. Detailed analysis and reasonable constitution were carried out for outside corridors, entrance hall and the hole in the inner courtyards. Analysis and calculation results of the overall structure before and after the reconstitution were compared. Different methods of connecting the new added floor and the old structure were provided. Additional qualification tests of the whole structure after reconstitution were carried out to ensure safety.
