[摘要]運(yùn)用基于性能的抗震設(shè)計(jì)方法,針對沈陽嘉里中心超限高層結(jié)構(gòu)進(jìn)行了設(shè)計(jì)。采用多種程序?qū)Y(jié)構(gòu)進(jìn)行了小震作用下的反應(yīng)譜分析和動(dòng)力時(shí)程補(bǔ)充計(jì)算及中震彈性及不屈服復(fù)核,并進(jìn)行了大震作用下的靜力彈塑性分析,且對重要受力構(gòu)件進(jìn)行了局部受力分析。結(jié)果表明,結(jié)構(gòu)抗震性能良好,體系安全可行。最后結(jié)合工程具體抗震設(shè)計(jì)性能目標(biāo),詳細(xì)提出了擬采用的加強(qiáng)措施,為類似的工程設(shè)計(jì)提供參考。

Structural design of an out-of-code high-rise building of Kerry Centre in Shenyang

Abstract: Based on the performance-based seismic design method, an out-of-code high-rise building of Kerry Centre in Shenyang was designed. Different programs were used to carry out response spectrum calculation and dynamic time-history analysis under the frequent earthquake, elastic analysis and unyielding calculation under the intermediate earthquake, pushover analysis under the rare earthquake, and local stress analysis of important components. The results show that the seismic performance of the structure is well and the structure is safe and reliable. At last, combined with the performance-based seismic design objectives of the project, detailed strengthening measures were put forward to provide reference for similar engineering design.
