［提要］  通過(guò)對(duì)一大底盤(pán)雙塔帶高位轉(zhuǎn)換超限高層結(jié)構(gòu)主要設(shè)計(jì)過(guò)程的介紹，重點(diǎn)討論了結(jié)構(gòu)選型、分析計(jì)算以及抗震措施，并針對(duì)高位轉(zhuǎn)換這一主要超限特點(diǎn)，從整體結(jié)構(gòu)布置到關(guān)鍵構(gòu)件的選取提出了相應(yīng)的應(yīng)對(duì)措施。經(jīng)多模型、多軟件的比較分析及彈性、彈塑性補(bǔ)充計(jì)算表明，該工程各項(xiàng)計(jì)算指標(biāo)比較理想，所采取的措施比較合理，整體設(shè)計(jì)滿(mǎn)足規(guī)范要求。

Abstract:The structural design of a highrise twintower building with large podium is introduced. The selection of structural system, seismic analysis and seismic fortification measures are discussed in detail. For the design of transfer story beyond code limits, the main control measures of antiseismic design, such as the total structural plane arrangement and the selection of key member, are presented. The seismic analysis results of multimodels using different analysis programs and the results of linear and nonlinear time history dynamic analysis are given. It is found that the control value for designing such structure is feasible and the design can meet demand of codes.
