[摘要]青島環(huán)海凱萊商務(wù)酒店主體結(jié)構(gòu)屋頂高度159.1m,為超B級高度的超限高層建筑,采用大底盤雙塔樓帶高位型鋼混凝土轉(zhuǎn)換層的部分框支剪力墻結(jié)構(gòu)。在結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計中采用了抗震性能化設(shè)計,使結(jié)構(gòu)能夠達(dá)到預(yù)定的抗震性能目標(biāo)。通過對裙房在溫度及大震作用下的樓板進(jìn)行應(yīng)力分析,保證塔樓間連接板能有效協(xié)調(diào)雙塔共同工作,實(shí)現(xiàn)了裙房超長不設(shè)縫。

Out-of-code structural design of Gloria Plaza Hotel in Qingdao

Abstract: Gloria Plaza Hotel in Qingdao is an out-of-code high-rise building, the height of which is 159.1m and exceeds the height requirements of level B of the code. It adopts structural system of partial frame-supported shear wall structure with large base and twin towers with steel reinforced concrete transfer layer at the high height. Performance-based seismic design method was applied in structural design to realize the predetermined seismic performance objectives. Slab stress analysis was carried out in the podium under temperature effects and the rare earthquake to ensure the effective coordination work of the slab between two towers and realize a super long podium without temperate or earthquake joints.
