[摘要]平安金融中心位于深圳市福田中心區(qū)1號地塊,建筑地上118層,地下5層,裙房10層,塔樓塔頂高度597m,塔尖高度660m,是中國南部第一棟高度超過600m的超高層建筑。著重介紹了從結構方案階段開始,結構體系不斷優(yōu)化的歷程,最終形成了巨型斜撐框架-伸臂桁架-型鋼混凝土筒體的結構體系。首先介紹了樁基工程,探討了改善巨型框架承擔剪力的方法和樓層最小剪力系數的取值;其次介紹了項目地震工程、風工程的研究成果,提出了本工程的結構設計標準及結構性能目標,該設計標準對今后同類項目的設計具有一定的參考價值;最后介紹了本工程在罕遇地震作用下的彈塑性動力時程分析結果,驗證了工程結構的結構性能目標及其在罕遇地震作用下的安全性。

Structural design and research on Ping’an Financial Center

Abstract:Ping’an Financial Center, which is located on the first block of the central district of Futian district in Shenzhen, has 118 stories aboveground, 5 stories basement and a podium with 10 stories. It is the first super high-rise building higher than 600m in southern China with the tower height of 597m and the tower spire height of 660m. The development of structure system was introduced as well as the finally formed structure system of mega brace frame-outrigger-steel reinforced concrete corewall. Firstly, the pile engineering was introduced. Then the method of improving shear force taken by mega frame was introduced as well as the story shear weight ratio. Research of the earthquake engineering and the wind engineering was reported and the structural design criteria and performance-based design objectives was proposed. The structural design criteria could be the reference for the design of similar projects in the future. The results of the elastic-plastic dynamic time-history analysis under the rare earthquake were introduced to verify objectives of performance-based design and the safety of this building.
