[摘要]隨著墻體改革和建筑節(jié)能的發(fā)展,砌墻磚的塊型發(fā)生了較大的改變,原有砌體沿通縫抗剪強(qiáng)度試驗(yàn)方法的準(zhǔn)確性需要進(jìn)行對(duì)比研究。通過有限元分析,得到了試驗(yàn)方法、磚砌體的尺寸和彈性模量對(duì)剪切試件灰縫截面應(yīng)力分布的影響規(guī)律,分析了歐盟和我國(guó)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)試驗(yàn)方法之間的差異。通過對(duì)42個(gè)不同磚砌體,采用不同的試驗(yàn)方法的對(duì)比試驗(yàn)及對(duì)細(xì)觀塑性分析模型的分析,得到我國(guó)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)試驗(yàn)方法的抗剪強(qiáng)度是歐盟方法的0.8倍。經(jīng)由試驗(yàn)結(jié)果驗(yàn)證的細(xì)觀塑性分析模型的分析結(jié)果,得到了不同試驗(yàn)方法時(shí)磚砌體沿通縫抗剪強(qiáng)度平均值的計(jì)算公式。

Comparative study on test methods of shear strength of brick along horizontal bed joints

Abstract: With the development of wall-materials reform and building energy efficiency, bricks type was changed. The accuracy of shear strength of brick along horizontal bed joints according to earlier test method needs to conduct a comparative study. By the finite element analysis, the influence of test methods, the size of the bricks and the elastic modulus of brick on the stress distribution of mortar joint in specimen were got, and the difference of the stress distribution in test method standards in the EN and China was analyzed. Through test results of 42 shear specimen in different test methods and the analysis of micro-model, the shear strength of brick in Chinese standard test method is 0.8 times that in EN method. The formula of shear strength of brick along horizontal bed joints were obtained in the calculations of the micro-model verified by test results.
