[摘要]津灣廣場9號樓為高區(qū)立面多次收進、結構復雜的超限高層建筑,采用鋼筋混凝土核心筒-矩形鋼管混凝土柱鋼框架抗側力結構體系,介紹了結構體系布置及關鍵部位的設計。采用PMSAP,ETABS軟件對結構進行地震作用和風荷載作用下的計算以及彈性時程分析,對結構的關鍵部位及樓板應力進行計算分析,另外采用PERFORM-3D軟件對結構進行非線性動力時程分析。分析結果表明:外框架和內(nèi)部核心筒協(xié)同工作良好,結構各項指標都滿足規(guī)范要求,關鍵部位可以實現(xiàn)中震彈性的抗震性能目標,結構設計滿足預先設定的抗震性能目標,主體結構具有良好的承載和變形能力。

Structural design of out-of-code high-rise No.9 building in Jinwan Square

Abstract: The No.9 building in Jinwan Square has several setbacks of facade, which make it as a complex out-of-code high-rise structure. Its lateral force resisting system applies reinforced concrete corewall and concrete-filled steel rectangular tube frame. Structure layouts and design of key parts were illustrated. The structure was analyzed by PMSAP and ETABS considering earthquake and wind load. Elastic time-history analysis was also analyzed. The key parts of structure and slab stress were analyzed in detail. Besides, the nonlinear dynamic time-history analysis of the structure was analyzed by PERFORM-3D. The analysis results show that outer frame and the inner corewall work well together. The whole structure indicators can meet the code requirements and the key parts of structure can keep elastic under fortification earthquake, structure design meets the pre-set seismic performance goals. The main structure has good capacity of bearing and deformation.
