［提要］近年來，大開間居住房屋逐漸增多，在高烈度地震條件下，多層砌體房屋中墻體抗震能力可能不足，常出現(xiàn)在縱向墻體上。為解決這一問題，設(shè)計(jì)中曾出現(xiàn)一些處理方案，其中之一是將部分縱向墻體用混凝土墻替換，方案有一定合理性。對(duì)砌體墻與混凝土墻的共同工作問題作了進(jìn)一步探討，認(rèn)為兩種墻體協(xié)調(diào)工作時(shí)，以砌體墻為主導(dǎo)是合理和可行的，同時(shí)提出具體的設(shè)計(jì)方案。希望有益于多層砌體房屋設(shè)計(jì)的改進(jìn)。

Discussion on Corporate Work of Masonry wall and Concrete wall in Multi story Buildings/Huang Jiguang (China Institute of Building Standard Design & Research, Beijing 100044, China)

Abstract:In recent years, the large room space residential buildings extend gradually. In highseimic region, the seimic-resistance capacity of multi-story masonry buildings, especially at the longitudinal wall, may be unsatisfactory. Some resolving methods are presented in design field, one of which is shifting partial masonry wall by concrete wall at longitudinal wall. The corporate work of masonry wall and concrete wall is discussed, and it is pointed out that regarding the main place to masonry wall as the corporate work of two wall system is reasonable and feasible. Meanwhile, practice design methods are provided. It can be reference for the design of multi-story masonry buildings.
