［摘要］超高超限工程大量涌現(xiàn)，其專業(yè)性、復雜性、特殊性引起大家的關注。結合現(xiàn)行國家規(guī)范、標準、管理程序等方面，對該類工程設計的問題進行了歸納、總結，明確了關鍵環(huán)節(jié)，并對應現(xiàn)行規(guī)范的章節(jié)進行了深入的剖析。在設計方法、構件處理上進行了詳細論述。

Code items and suggestions for super high and overrun projects

Abstract: Because more and more super high and overrun projects emerge in large numbers, their professionalization, complexity and speciality are paid more attention. Combined with the Chinese code, specification and management procedures, etc., the engineering design questions for those projects were summarized, the key links were elucidated and the code items were analyzed indepth. Many design methods and members handling measures were provided in detail.
