[摘要]分析總結(jié)了普通預應(yīng)力管樁在沿海軟土地基工程應(yīng)用中出現(xiàn)的主要問題,介紹了機械連接竹節(jié)樁的特點,并通過工程實例,對機械連接竹節(jié)樁在軟土地基中用作抗壓和抗拔工程樁時,其與普通預應(yīng)力管樁的承載性能進行對比分析。從現(xiàn)場靜載試驗所得的荷載沉降曲線可以看出,普通預應(yīng)力管樁的荷載沉降曲線均出現(xiàn)明顯拐點,而機械連接竹節(jié)樁的荷載沉降曲線屬于緩變型。相比普通預應(yīng)力管樁,機械連接竹節(jié)樁的環(huán)狀凸肋使得其抗壓和抗拔承載力提高20%以上。

Application of mechanical-connection bamboo joint piles in the coastal soft soil foundation

Abstract: Problems of traditional prestressed pipe piles in engineering applictions in the coastal soft soil foundation area were analyzed and summarized. Characteristics of mechanical-connection bamboo joint piles were introduced. Comparison of bearing capacity between mechanical-connection bamboo joint piles and traditional prestressed pipe piles was made through the engineering projects in the soft soil foundation based on compressive piles and uplift piles. Load-settlement curve obtained from static load test shows that obvious turning point occurs for traditional prestressed pipe piles and load-settlement curve of the new piles drops slowly. Compared with common prestressed pipe piles, the compressive and uplift bearing capacity of mechanical-connection bamboo joint piles increase by more than 20% due to its annular convex rib.
