大連體育中心體育場罩棚結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì)與分析

摘要]大連市體育中心體育場罩棚結(jié)構(gòu)采用骨架支承式ETFE氣枕膜結(jié)構(gòu),氣枕覆蓋面積超過德國安聯(lián)球場,是目前國內(nèi)規(guī)模僅次于“水立方”的ETFE氣枕膜建筑,對其骨架支承結(jié)構(gòu)和氣枕結(jié)構(gòu)的設(shè)計(jì)與分析進(jìn)行了詳細(xì)的介紹。首先根據(jù)各荷載工況對鋼桁架結(jié)構(gòu)的靜力性能和動(dòng)力特性進(jìn)行了詳細(xì)分析,在此基礎(chǔ)上采用反應(yīng)譜法和時(shí)程分析法對鋼桁架結(jié)構(gòu)分別進(jìn)行了多遇地震和設(shè)防烈度地震作用下的結(jié)構(gòu)響應(yīng)分析,并進(jìn)行了罕遇地震作用下的動(dòng)力彈塑性時(shí)程分析,指出結(jié)構(gòu)具有足夠的強(qiáng)度和剛度儲備;然后對該鋼桁架結(jié)構(gòu)進(jìn)行了考慮幾何非線性和材料非線性的穩(wěn)定性分析,結(jié)果表明結(jié)構(gòu)穩(wěn)定性能良好,滿足規(guī)范要求;最后對氣枕結(jié)構(gòu)基本參數(shù)的確定、計(jì)算與分析以及節(jié)點(diǎn)構(gòu)造做了詳細(xì)介紹。

Design and analysis on canopy shell of Dalian Sports Center Stadium

Abstract: Skeleton-supporting ETFE cushion membrane structure is used in Dalian Sports Center Stadium’s canopy shell. Cushion structure covers more area than Germany Allianz Arena and it is currently the second largest cushion structure after the ‘Water Cube’ in Beijing. Design and analysis of skeleton-supporting structure and cushion structure were introduced in detail. First, static and dynamic characteristics of the steel truss were analyzed in detail based on different load conditions. Based on this, response analysis of the steel truss under frequent and intermediate earthquakes was conducted using response spectrum method and time-history analysis method respectively. Dynamic elastic-plastic time-history analysis under rare earthquake was carried out as well. Conclusion is drawn that the steel truss has enough strength and stiffness reserve. Moreover, the stability analysis of the structure was conducted with the consideration of geometrical and material nonlinearity. The results show that the stability of the structure can meet the demands of code. Finally, the basic parameter determination, the design and the joint construction of the cushion structure were illustrated specifically.
