《鋼檁條、鋼墻梁》(SG521-1～4)圖集介紹

(1 中冶東方工程技術(shù)有限公司包頭 014010；2中國鋼結(jié)構(gòu)協(xié)會北京 100088)［提要］鋼檁條、鋼墻梁已廣泛應(yīng)用于以輕型板材圍護的工業(yè)與民用建筑中，為便于設(shè)計應(yīng)用，中國建筑標(biāo)準(zhǔn)設(shè)計研究院組織編制了標(biāo)準(zhǔn)圖集《鋼檁條、鋼墻梁》(SG521-1～4)。該標(biāo)準(zhǔn)圖集采用了檁條允許線荷載的表示方法分別列出了各荷載效應(yīng)下檁條的允許線荷載值。對該圖集的內(nèi)容與應(yīng)用范圍作了較詳細的介紹與說明，包括鋼材牌號、截面類型與規(guī)格、荷載條件與適用范圍、計算假定與公式、相關(guān)技術(shù)規(guī)范及設(shè)計選用表、有關(guān)布置圖與詳圖等內(nèi)容與應(yīng)用方法,同時對鋼檁條和鋼墻梁的合理設(shè)計提出了建議。［關(guān)鍵詞］鋼檁條 鋼墻梁 冷彎C形鋼 冷彎Z形鋼Introduction of Atlas of Steel Purlin and Girt/Liu Yingchun1，Chai Chang2 (1 Beris Engineering and Research Corporation, Baotou 014010, China；2 China Steel Construction Society, Beijing 100088, China)Abstract:Steel purlin and girt have been widely used in industrial and civil buildings with profited sheet roof and wall. Atlas of steel purlin and girt is established by China Institute of Building Standard Design & Research. Some explanations on its applied range and contents are introduced, which include the appropriate structural steel, section and designation, design lode, assumes and formulas of calculation, design lists of section selection, the layout drawings and detail drawings,and so on.
