混凝土預(yù)制樁在沖擊荷載作用下的破壞機(jī)理研究

(1 北京市建筑工程設(shè)計(jì)有限責(zé)任公司, 北京 100055; 2 中國(guó)科學(xué)院力學(xué)研究所, 北京 100190)[摘要] 建立了樁錘系統(tǒng)修正模型并推導(dǎo)沖擊荷載修正公式,以基于連續(xù)介質(zhì)力學(xué)的離散元方法(CDEM)的計(jì)算程序?yàn)槠脚_(tái),研究了打樁過程中混凝土預(yù)制樁的破壞機(jī)理,探討了沖擊荷載的特征和混凝土預(yù)制樁的非均勻性對(duì)應(yīng)力波傳播過程的影響。研究結(jié)果表明:在一定載荷條件及材料性質(zhì)下,沖擊荷載峰值對(duì)樁體受壓或受拉破壞的影響有著規(guī)律性的變化;給出了基樁在不同支承條件下受沖擊荷載作用時(shí)間影響的波動(dòng)響應(yīng)曲線;給出了混凝土預(yù)制樁的非均勻性(包括材料非均勻性和幾何非均勻性)對(duì)沖擊破壞特性的影響。對(duì)實(shí)際打樁工程有一定參考價(jià)值。[關(guān)鍵詞] 數(shù)值模擬;樁錘系統(tǒng);打樁模型;沖擊荷載;非均勻性中圖分類號(hào):TU473.1+1 文獻(xiàn)標(biāo)識(shí)碼:A 文章編號(hào):1002-848X(2013)S1-0876-06Destructive mechanism of precast concrete piles under the impact loadZhang Yanan1, Feng Chun2, Li Shihai2Abstract:The pile hammer system model is established and the calculating formula for the impact load is gained. The platform of continuum media mechanics of discrete element method (CDEM) is used. The failure mechanism of precast concrete piles during pile driving is studied; the relationship between pile dynamic failure property and related influence factors is given. The results show that under the specific load and material properties,the failure of pile has regular changes under the effect of impact load peak value; The wave response curves with the variation of impact load time under different support conditions are given; impact failure characteristics of pile under the effect of nun-uniform of piles is gained.
