(大連市建筑設(shè)計研究院有限公司, 大連 116021)[摘要]河南發(fā)展大廈建筑平面、立面復(fù)雜,東西樓結(jié)構(gòu)體系截然不同且質(zhì)量差別較大,基礎(chǔ)設(shè)計復(fù)雜,西樓不對稱的連體部分的結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計難度較大。本文著重介紹了基礎(chǔ)設(shè)計的混凝土灌注樁后壓漿技術(shù)及樁筏基礎(chǔ)的變剛度調(diào)平技術(shù)應(yīng)用,創(chuàng)造了明顯的經(jīng)濟(jì)效益和社會效益。[關(guān)鍵詞]鉆孔灌注樁后壓漿;變剛度調(diào)平中圖分類號:TU473 文獻(xiàn)標(biāo)識碼:A 文章編號:1002-48X(2013)S1-0868-04Pile foundation optimize design of Henan Development PlazaZhang Ying,Wen Yuan,Ma Li(Dalian Architectural Design & Research Institute Co., Ltd, Dalian 116021, China)Abstract: Plane and vertical of Henan Development Plaza are complex, its east tower and west tower’s structural system are completely different and their quality vary greatly. Complicated design of the foundation, west tower asymmetric part of the connection led to the difficult structural design. This paper focuses on the application of post grouting for cast-in-situ pile and stiffness to reduce differerntial settlement of piled raft foundation technology ,that creat a significant economic and social benefits.Keywords: post grouting for cast-in-situ pile; stiffness to reduce differerntial settlement
