橫向應(yīng)變對復(fù)合材料加固木柱極限承載力計算分析*

[摘要] 針對現(xiàn)在大量仿古建筑的出現(xiàn),以及汶川地震后很多木結(jié)構(gòu)出現(xiàn)輕微破壞,需要加固維修,木材運用到建筑結(jié)構(gòu)中的情況越來越多。采用AFRP纖維布加固7根短方木柱,探討短方木柱的破壞形式。考察全包、間隔包裹、纖維層數(shù)對木柱性能的影響。試驗表明:加固后木柱的承載力、剛度和延性均得到提高,在所有試件中全包2AFRP試件的承載力及變形性能提高最大。隨著纖維層數(shù)的增加,承載力提高與包裹層數(shù)之間不是正比關(guān)系,加固層數(shù)增加到3層承載力提高幅度開始下降。并且纖維復(fù)合材料加固木柱并不能改變木柱脆性破壞的形式。在所有試件中,由于其中一跟木柱有木結(jié)存在,所以其承載力強度降低很大,我們不加入木柱的計算中,后續(xù)應(yīng)該做一些針對木結(jié)加固的實驗。本文對加固木柱極限承載力進行理論分析,與已有的理論公式比較,建立木柱承載力的公式,并回歸系數(shù),與實驗結(jié)果符合良好,為以后的工程實踐提供參考。

An analytical approach on the load carrying capacities of FRP-strengthened timber columns using the lateral strains

AbstractWith a large number of antique building appearing, more application of wood in structure building, and slight damage appeared in wooden of Sichuan earthquake on 12 May 2008, all these need strengthening. Seven short square timber columns reinforced with AFRP were fabricated to investigate the destruction form. The change factor is reinforce pattern and reinforcement layer. The results showed that the bearing capacity, stiffness and ductility of reinforced timber columns were all improved, the maximum improvement of bearing capacity and deformation ability of all is the specimen whole wrapped in 2 layers AFRP. The results also showed that the more of AFRP reinforcing layers, the higher of ultimate load bearing capacity, but the enhancement is not in proportion to the AFRP reinforcing layers. The improvement of bearing capacity began to decrease when the layers were three. Although the timber columns were reinforced with AFRP, all specimens were brittle broke. We also draw a conclusion that the knot would reduce great strength of bearing capacity. This would be a very interesting research direction. In this experiment we established the theoretical formula of ultimate bearing capacity of wooden, it could provide a reference for engineering practice.
