Murata工業(yè)廠房加固改造設(shè)計

（北京市建筑工程設(shè)計有限責(zé)任公司，北京 100055）[摘要] Murata工業(yè)廠房位于北京市順義區(qū)某工業(yè)區(qū)，建于1995年。由于生產(chǎn)功能的改變，擬對原結(jié)構(gòu)進(jìn)行改造。采用現(xiàn)行規(guī)范對結(jié)構(gòu)進(jìn)行整體計算分析，發(fā)現(xiàn)在新的使用荷載和地震作用下，原結(jié)構(gòu)承載力及抗變形能力不滿足要求。根據(jù)分析結(jié)果，通過增加混凝土剪力墻及鋼剪力撐對原結(jié)構(gòu)整體進(jìn)行抗震加固，并對承載能力不足的局部構(gòu)件進(jìn)行加固補(bǔ)強(qiáng)。[關(guān)鍵詞] 工業(yè)廠房;改造加固;抗震加固中圖分類號：TU 375.5 文獻(xiàn)識別碼：A 文章編號：1002-848X(2013)S1-0778-04Strengthening and retrofit design of Murata industrial plantYang Meng, Qu Lianbo(Beijing Architectural & Engineering Design Co., Ltd., Beijing 100055, China)Abstract: Murata plant was built at an industrial zone of Shunyi District, Beijing, in 1995. Due to the change of the production function, the original structure is planed to be retrofitted. After overall analysis refers to the current national code, it was found that the carring capacity and resistance to deformation of the original structure under new load and seismic action can not meet the requirement. According to the analysis result, the original structure was overall seismic strengthened by increaseing concrete shear walls and steel shear braces.
