[摘要] 在我國中小學(xué)校舍中，磚混結(jié)構(gòu)比重最高。對磚混結(jié)構(gòu)中小學(xué)校舍抗震鑒定與加固研究十分必要。文章以北京市某中學(xué)校舍磚混結(jié)構(gòu)為例,介紹了對該建筑加固前存在的主要問題，加固采取的主要措施，以及加固施工工藝。為后續(xù)校舍工程加固改造及其他相關(guān)工程提供參考。

Abstract: Among the primary and secondary school buildings in our country, masonry-concrete structure accounts for the largest proportion. In this paper it takes a masonry-concrete structure of a secondary school building in Beijing as an example, studies the main problems in the building before seismic retrofit, and also strengthening construction technology, which provides references to other school buildings and similar projects.
