某砌體結構辦公樓的抗震加固和接建設計

（鄭州市建筑設計院， 鄭州 450000）[摘要]根據(jù)某砌體結構辦公樓的現(xiàn)狀及鑒定結論，采取外加圈梁-構造柱結合鋼筋網砂漿面層的方法對其進行抗震加固和接建設計，并通過結構設計軟件PKPM和規(guī)范評價方法對其進行了計算分析。結果表明，該方法既提高墻體的抗剪承載力，又增加了結構的整體延性，很好的改善了砌體結構的抗震性能。[關鍵詞]砌體結構;加固設計;外加構造柱—圈梁;鋼絲網水泥砂漿[中圖分類號]TU746.3 文獻標識碼：A 文章編號：1002-848X（20130131）Seismic reinforcement and heightening design of a masonry structure building(Zhengzhou Architectural Design Indtitute, Zhengzhou 450052, China)[Abstract] According to the present situation and the seismic evaluation reports of the masonry structure building,carry out seismic reinforcement design and heightening design by the way of adding outside ring beam -structural column and the mortar surface layer of steel mesh, and analyze by PKPM software and the standard evaluation methods.
