某砌體結(jié)構(gòu)辦公樓的抗震加固和接建設計

(鄭州市建筑設計院, 鄭州 450000)[摘要]根據(jù)某砌體結(jié)構(gòu)辦公樓的現(xiàn)狀及鑒定結(jié)論,采取外加圈梁-構(gòu)造柱結(jié)合鋼筋網(wǎng)砂漿面層的方法對其進行抗震加固和接建設計,并通過結(jié)構(gòu)設計軟件PKPM和規(guī)范評價方法對其進行了計算分析。結(jié)果表明,該方法既提高墻體的抗剪承載力,又增加了結(jié)構(gòu)的整體延性,很好的改善了砌體結(jié)構(gòu)的抗震性能。[關鍵詞]砌體結(jié)構(gòu);加固設計;外加構(gòu)造柱—圈梁;鋼絲網(wǎng)水泥砂漿[中圖分類號]TU746.3 文獻標識碼:A 文章編號:1002-848X(20130131)Seismic reinforcement and heightening design of a masonry structure building(Zhengzhou Architectural Design Indtitute, Zhengzhou 450052, China)[Abstract] According to the present situation and the seismic evaluation reports of the masonry structure building,carry out seismic reinforcement design and heightening design by the way of adding outside ring beam -structural column and the mortar surface layer of steel mesh, and analyze by PKPM software and the standard evaluation methods.
