改變使用功能的既有建筑結(jié)構(gòu)檢測與鑒定

（1北京參保建筑設(shè)計院，北京100850；2北京建筑工程學(xué)院,北京100044；3北京市建設(shè)工程質(zhì)量第一檢測所有限責(zé)任公司,北京100039）[摘要]為了使原先用作停車庫的多層建筑改造成為綜合服務(wù)設(shè)施樓，需要對原建筑結(jié)構(gòu)進行全面的結(jié)構(gòu)安全檢測和抗震鑒定。通過對該既有預(yù)應(yīng)力多層框架結(jié)構(gòu)進行使用現(xiàn)狀調(diào)查、現(xiàn)場檢測、結(jié)構(gòu)抗震承載力驗算等工作，得出了既有結(jié)構(gòu)的抗震性能鑒定結(jié)論。結(jié)合具體的改造方案，提出了合理的加固建議，可為同類多層框架結(jié)構(gòu)的檢測與鑒定以及抗震加固提供參考。[關(guān)鍵詞]既有建筑結(jié)構(gòu);檢測;鑒定;抗震加固中圖分類號：TU320.2,TU311.2 文獻標(biāo)識碼：A 文章編號：1002-848X(2013)S1-0763-05Test and identification of existing architectural structure changing the functions(1 Beijing Canbao Institute of Architecture Design, Beijing 100850, China; 2 Beijing University of Civil Engineering and Architecture, Beijing 100044, China;3 Beijing 1st Construction Engineering Quality Testing Co., LTD., Beijing 100039, China)Abstract: It is need to carry out the structural safety test and seismic appraisal for existing architectural structure due to change the functions of prestressed multilayer framework from the parking garage into the comprehensive service facilities.The seismic appraisal conclusion was drawn from the existing circumstance survey, field inspection and seismic resistance capacity of the existing building. Some seismic strengthening suggestions based on the concrete reconstruction plan were put forward.
