(南京大學(xué)建筑規(guī)劃設(shè)計(jì)研究院有限公司, 南京210093)[摘要]長(zhǎng)涇人民大會(huì)堂建于1969年，需要保留并進(jìn)行改造和功能升級(jí)，改造后的建筑外觀要求達(dá)到“修舊如舊”的目的，實(shí)現(xiàn)難度較大。結(jié)構(gòu)類型屬單層空曠房屋，結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì)優(yōu)先采用增強(qiáng)結(jié)構(gòu)整體抗震性能的方案，針對(duì)工程特點(diǎn)選擇加固方法，并廣泛應(yīng)用鋼結(jié)構(gòu)系統(tǒng)進(jìn)行體外加固，達(dá)到了預(yù)期的要求。[關(guān)鍵詞]抗震性能;基礎(chǔ)托換;組合柱;鋼肋梁中圖分類號(hào)：TU318 文獻(xiàn)標(biāo)識(shí)碼：A 文章編號(hào)：1002-848X(2013)S1-0750-03Reforming and reinforcement design of Changjing Great Hall of PeopleTang Rongguang, Yao Yidan(Abstract: Changjing great hall of people has been completed in 1969. The building needs retain and transform to upgrades the feature but it is hard to achieve the purpose of keep the original appearance. The structure type belongs to the spacious one-story. The reinforced structure seismic performance scheme was adopted priority. According to the engineering characteristics, the reinforcement scheme was selected.
