超長鋼筋混凝土墻溫度效應(yīng)分析與控制*

[摘要] 未設(shè)置伸縮縫的超長鋼筋混凝土墻中過大溫差應(yīng)力將導(dǎo)致結(jié)構(gòu)開裂,直接影響建筑物的正常使用與耐久性。結(jié)合環(huán)境溫度工況及結(jié)構(gòu)物熱工參數(shù)分析,采用彈性有限元計算了某超長建筑地下室外墻施工與使用階段的溫差效應(yīng);基于溫差應(yīng)力大小及其分布特點,提出了合理布置并張拉無粘結(jié)預(yù)應(yīng)力筋的溫差效應(yīng)控制方法,使鋼筋混凝土外墻的溫差拉應(yīng)力為預(yù)壓應(yīng)力所平衡或抵消??晒┏L建筑鋼筋混凝土墻分析與設(shè)計計算參考。

Analysis and control of thermal effect in a long reinforced concrete wall without expansion joints

Abstract: The thermal variation occurs the tensile stresses in a reinforced concrete wall without expansion joints. The wall would crack due to this stress exceeding the tensile strength of concrete, which influences service state and endurance of the whole of a structure. Analyzing the temperature case and thermal paramters, the thermal stress in the joint less wall in a super long building were determined based on the elastic finite element method. Considering the magitude and distribution of the thermal stress, the post-tensioned unbounded tendons were arranged reasonably to balance or counteract the tensile stress due to temperature variation. It can be served as reference of the same structures with over long concrete walls.
