東日本大地震兩周年回顧與總結(jié)

（中國建筑標準設(shè)計研究院，北京 100044）[摘要]2011年3月11日東日本大地震發(fā)生后，得力于日本良好的抗震防災(zāi)應(yīng)對體系，地震直接造成的損失被控制在很小的范圍之內(nèi)，然而由地震引發(fā)的海嘯卻給日本帶來了沉重的生命財產(chǎn)與經(jīng)濟上的損失。東日本大地震發(fā)生兩周年之際，回顧與總結(jié)了日本抗震防災(zāi)應(yīng)對體系和海嘯發(fā)生后日本的應(yīng)對措施，以期對中國的防災(zāi)減災(zāi)工作有所借鑒。[關(guān)鍵詞]東日本大地震;海嘯;防災(zāi)減災(zāi)中圖分類號：TU318 文獻標識碼：A 文章編號：1002-848X(2013)S1-0617-07Two years review and summary of the Great East Japan EarthquakeTang Wei(China Institute of Building Standard Design& Research, Beijing 100044, China)Abstract: After the Great East Japan Earthquake which occurred at March 11,2011, the lost directly caused by the earthquake was controlled in a small range because of the good earthquake-disaster-prevention system in Japan. But the tsunami caused by the earthquake brought a great lost both to the economy and to the life and property. After two years, this article makes a review and summary to the earthquake-disaster-prevention system of Japan and studies what measures Japan took after the tsunami, hoping to develop the disaster prevention and mitigation work of China according to Japan’s experience.Keywords: Great East Japan Earthquake; tsunami; disaster prevention and mitigation
