中小學(xué)教學(xué)樓消能減震設(shè)計(jì)與分析

(1 江蘇省蘇科建設(shè)技術(shù)發(fā)展有限公司,南京 210008; 2 江蘇省建筑科學(xué)研究院有限公司,南京 210008)[摘要]本文分析了新抗震規(guī)范頒布實(shí)施后中小學(xué)加固中框架結(jié)構(gòu)教學(xué)樓存在的問題,主要有單跨框架,梁、柱承載力不足,構(gòu)造措施不滿足要求等。分析了采用消能減震設(shè)計(jì)解決這些問題的可行性,經(jīng)濟(jì)行,時(shí)效性。闡述了消能減震結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì)原理。以某教學(xué)樓為例,采用粘滯流體阻尼器加固后,地震作用減小30%左右,基本滿足了地震設(shè)防烈度降低一度的要求,使原結(jié)構(gòu)構(gòu)造措施滿足了規(guī)范要求,不需采用其他加固措施。[關(guān)鍵詞] 結(jié)構(gòu)加固;消能減震;粘滯流體阻尼器;框架結(jié)構(gòu);教學(xué)樓中文圖書分類號(hào):TU352.1 文獻(xiàn)標(biāo)識(shí)碼:A 文章編號(hào):1002-848X(2013)S1-0585-05Design and analysis of teaching building energy dissipationSu Guanxing1,2, Li Shihong1,2(1 Jiangsu Suke Construction Technology Co. , Ltd. , Nanjing 210008 ,China; 2 Jiangsu Research Institute of Building Science Co. , Ltd. , Nanjing 210008,China)Abstract:In this article, The problems of teaching building of the frame structure was analyzed, after the new seismic code promulgation and implementation.
