屈曲約束支撐在天津現(xiàn)代城酒店裙房中的應(yīng)用與研究

（1華東建筑設(shè)計(jì)研究院有限公司，上海 200002；2上海三益建筑設(shè)計(jì)有限公司，上海 200050）[摘要] 結(jié)合天津現(xiàn)代城酒店項(xiàng)目，對(duì)屈曲約束支撐（BRB）體系中的設(shè)計(jì)關(guān)鍵問題進(jìn)行了研究，包括BRB在裙房中的布置，BRB特性，BRB桿件及節(jié)點(diǎn)的承載力設(shè)計(jì)，BRB支撐等效截面剛度，BRB中心芯材材質(zhì)選擇以及BRB產(chǎn)品的試驗(yàn)要求。天津現(xiàn)代城酒店采用了裙房與塔樓不設(shè)縫的設(shè)計(jì)方案，分析表明，在裙房遠(yuǎn)端設(shè)置BRB可以有效控制位移比，BRB支撐比普通支撐有更好的抗震性能。裙房BRB支撐設(shè)計(jì)不但要滿足承載力設(shè)計(jì)要求，而且BRB中心芯材等效截面剛度需要滿足設(shè)計(jì)要求。BRB支撐等效截面剛度可以由材料力學(xué)中提出的串聯(lián)剛度得出。[關(guān)鍵詞] 屈曲約束支撐（BRB）;BRB支撐等效截面剛度;抗震性能中圖分類號(hào)：TU318 文獻(xiàn)標(biāo)識(shí)碼：A 文章編號(hào)：1002-848X(2013)S1-0563-04Study and application on buckling-restrained braces in podiums of Tianjin Modern City HotelLiu Can1，Lu Daoyuan1，Huang Liang1，Ha Mingqiang2（1 East China Architectural Design ＆ Research Institute Co. , Ltd. , Shanghai 200002,Abstract： Based on the application of buckling-restrained braces (BRB) in the podiums of Tianjin Modern City Hotel, the design key issues of BRB were presented in this paper, including layout of BRB, structural seismic performance, design of BRB and joints，equivalent section stiffness of BRB, selection of core material of BRB and criteria of BRB products. The results of analysis were performed to illustrate that BRB setting in the podiums building is good enough to control the displacement ratio effectively with better seismic performance than ordinary braces. Both the bearing capacity and the equivalent section stiffness of the BRB should meet the design requirements.
