宿遷市中豪國(guó)際廣場(chǎng)酒店扭轉(zhuǎn)變形控制減震分析

（南京工業(yè)大學(xué) 土木工程學(xué)院，南京210009）[摘要]本文針對(duì)宿遷市中豪國(guó)際廣場(chǎng)酒店主裙樓剛度分布不均勻而產(chǎn)生的扭轉(zhuǎn)變形的問(wèn)題，采用在裙房邊跨設(shè)置阻尼器降低附屬結(jié)構(gòu)地震動(dòng)力響應(yīng)，控制裙房位移變形的方法，采用ETABS程序分別從結(jié)構(gòu)層間剪力，層間位移角，裙房頂層控制點(diǎn)時(shí)程位移，參與裙房工作的阻尼器耗能幾個(gè)方面，對(duì)比了設(shè)置阻尼器前后結(jié)構(gòu)的減震性能，表明了該方法在針對(duì)宿遷市中豪國(guó)際廣場(chǎng)酒店主裙樓結(jié)構(gòu)因偏心引起的扭轉(zhuǎn)變形問(wèn)題上效果顯著，不僅對(duì)剛度較弱方向的位移變形有良好的控制效果，剛度較強(qiáng)方向的位移也明顯下降。參與工作的阻尼器均正常發(fā)揮效能，從而表明該減震方法可行有效。[關(guān)鍵詞]減震;主樓裙房結(jié)構(gòu);阻尼器;扭轉(zhuǎn)變形中途分類(lèi)號(hào)：TU973+.2 文獻(xiàn)標(biāo)識(shí)碼：A 文章編號(hào)：1002-848X(2013)S1-0557-06Analysis of the seismic torsional deformation of Suqian Zhonghao International Plaza HotelWangZhaoning, LiuWeiqing, WangShuguang, Dudongsheng(College of Civil Engineering,Nanjing University of Technology, Nanjing 210009, China)Abstract: In this paper, a problem about irregular torsion of the main- podium structure of the Suqian zhonghao International Plaza Hotel was raised.. A series of time-history analysis are carried out by using the ETABS program to evaluate the reduction method of adopting dampers setting on the podium building. the comparison on the story sheers, story drifts. The reduction effect of the podium,and the dissipative performance of the dampers under different earthquake waves are analyzed respectively. The results show that using the method can not only effectively reduce the seismic response of the podium structure in the direction of larger stiffness, but also have influence on the seismic performance in the direction of weaker, and all dampers can function well in the structure.
