超長鋼管混凝土格構(gòu)柱極限承載力試驗研究

(1蘇州設計研究院股份有限公司,蘇州 215021; 2東南大學,南京 210096)[摘要] 鋼管混凝土格構(gòu)柱常被用于重載大跨廠房柱、設備構(gòu)架柱等,本文對超長鋼管混凝土四肢格構(gòu)柱進行偏心受壓試驗研究,得到了四肢鋼管混凝土格構(gòu)柱的偏壓極限承載力和構(gòu)件的受力全過程曲線,驗證了超長鋼管混凝土格構(gòu)柱的優(yōu)良性能,對鋼管混凝土長柱的最終失效模式做出了分析和解釋,對試驗過程中柱肢鋼管的縱向應變、環(huán)向應變和部分綴件的縱向應變進行量測,為分析加載過程中構(gòu)件各部位的受力情況提供數(shù)據(jù)。同時結(jié)合試驗現(xiàn)象和測量的相關數(shù)據(jù),為鋼管混凝土格構(gòu)長柱偏壓性能的理論分析提供試驗基礎。[關鍵詞]鋼管混凝土;格構(gòu)柱;偏壓;極限承載力中圖分類號: TU317 文獻標識碼:A 文章編號:1002-848X(2013)S1-0488-05Seismic design of especially irregular tall buildingLi Li1,Zhao Hongkang1,Shu Ganping 2(1 Suzhou Institute of Architectural Design Co.,Ltd.,Suzhou 215021, China; 2 Southeast University, Nanjing 210096, China)Abstract: Concrete filled steel tubularlaced columns is often used in heavy large-span industrial plant and so on. Test of super long concrete filled steel tubular column was carried out to study the bearing capacity of the column and the whole process curve of its stress, and to verify the excellent performance of super-long concrete filled steel tube lattice column, then to analysis and explain the ultimate failure mode of the column. Currently there is no unified standard for design of such high conctrete filled steel tubularlaced column, so calculation should be verified by testing its carrying capacity. This paper give results of load-deflection curves, load - compression curves for stress analysis by the test. With the related data from test and measurement, analysis and interpretation of concrete-filled steel tube column’s ultimate failure mode are presented, which could provide experimental foundation of such long columns.Keywords: concrete filled steel;tubularlaced column; eccentricity pressure; bearing capacity
