基于生命周期經(jīng)濟(jì)成本的巨型組合構(gòu)件設(shè)計方法研究*

[摘要]  超高層建筑結(jié)構(gòu)的設(shè)計難點主要集中于其巨型組合構(gòu)件的設(shè)計與選型,針對這個問題,本文提出了基于生命周期經(jīng)濟(jì)成本的巨型組合構(gòu)件設(shè)計方法,巨型組合構(gòu)件生命周期成本費用包含初始費用、維護(hù)費用、災(zāi)害失效費用以及拆除費用等多項費用,該方法首先計算出巨型組合構(gòu)件的各項生命周期成本,然后通過匯總比較對其進(jìn)行方案選型。使用該方法能夠在項目初期就對結(jié)構(gòu)構(gòu)件的不同方案進(jìn)行全面的分析與比選,實現(xiàn)超高層結(jié)構(gòu)全生命周期的經(jīng)濟(jì)利益最大化。同時,本文將引用一個超高層建筑的實例來說明這種方法的有效性與適用性。

Design method study of the giant composite structural component based on life cycle economic cost

Abstract: The design difficulty of super-tall building structures focuses on the design and lectotype of the giant composite structural component. To solve this problem, this paper proposed a design method of giant composite component based on life cycle economic cost. The life-cycle cost of giant composite component mainly contains initial cost, maintenance cost, failure cost caused by hazard and demolition cost. The proposed method firstly calculates all life-cycle costs of giant composite component and then selects the optimal design scheme by data’s collection and comparison. The overall schemes’ analysis and selection will be done at the initial phase of the structural project if this method can be employed. The proposed method is applied to a super tall building to illustrate its effectiveness and applicability.
