斜交網(wǎng)格筒體Y型混凝土轉(zhuǎn)換節(jié)點(diǎn)靜力試驗(yàn)研究

[摘要]大連中石油大廈采用斜交網(wǎng)格筒體結(jié)構(gòu)體系,在豎向網(wǎng)格向斜向網(wǎng)格過(guò)渡區(qū)域采用了混凝土Y型轉(zhuǎn)換節(jié)點(diǎn)。為考察節(jié)點(diǎn)設(shè)計(jì)方案的合理性,研究節(jié)點(diǎn)的失效過(guò)程和極限荷載,進(jìn)行了4Y型節(jié)點(diǎn)1:5縮尺比例試驗(yàn),并重點(diǎn)考慮了斜柱補(bǔ)強(qiáng)方式、節(jié)點(diǎn)區(qū)配箍率的影響。結(jié)果表明,數(shù)值模擬分析與試驗(yàn)結(jié)構(gòu)及現(xiàn)象基本一致,節(jié)點(diǎn)的破壞形式主要表現(xiàn)為斜柱內(nèi)箍筋崩斷、縱筋壓彎和混凝土壓碎。初步方案采用的Y型節(jié)點(diǎn)在保證最小配箍率的條件下節(jié)點(diǎn)剛度、強(qiáng)度均能滿足設(shè)計(jì)要求,整體結(jié)構(gòu)轉(zhuǎn)換節(jié)點(diǎn)區(qū)受力特征符合“強(qiáng)節(jié)點(diǎn)、弱構(gòu)件”的設(shè)計(jì)原則。

Static experimental study on the Y-shaped concrete transforming joints in diagrid tube structures

Abstract: The diagrid tube structure was applied in the China petroleum building in Dalian and Y-shaped concrete transforming joints were utilized in the transition zone between vertical grids and oblique grids. To study the design rationality, failure modes and ultimate strength of the joints, four 1:5 scale Y-shaped transforming joint specimens were tested. The effects of the reinforcing method of oblique columns and the stirrup ratio of the joints were taken into consideration. The experimental results indicate that: the experimental results are almost corresponding to the numerical simulation results, and the most common failure modes of the specimens are the tensile failures of stirrups, the compressive and flexural failures of longitudinal reinforcements and the crushed failures of concretes in oblique columns; under the premise of satisfying the minimal stirrup ratio, the initial design of the joints can meet the requirement of stiffness and strength; the mechanical behavior of the whole transforming joint region can fulfill the design principle of “stronger joints and weak members”.
