鋼結(jié)構(gòu)高強(qiáng)度螺栓連接緊固原理分析及螺母轉(zhuǎn)角法的試驗研究

(1悉地國際設(shè)計顧問有限公司,北京10013;2中冶集團(tuán)建筑研究總院有限公司,北京100023)[摘要] 在土木建筑鋼結(jié)構(gòu)和道橋建設(shè)工程中,控制扭矩法和螺母轉(zhuǎn)角法是目前緊固件安裝工程當(dāng)中使用最多的兩種方法。與控制扭矩法不同,螺母轉(zhuǎn)角法是一種位移控制方法,操作和檢查都比較簡單。本文分析了高強(qiáng)度螺栓在擰緊時的機(jī)械性能和不同緊固方法的緊固原理,并針對8.8級和10.9級的M20與M24高強(qiáng)度螺栓的緊固過程進(jìn)行了試驗研究,得出了不同類型的高強(qiáng)度螺栓在緊固過程中的扭-拉關(guān)系以及軸力-轉(zhuǎn)角關(guān)系。最后總結(jié)了達(dá)到高強(qiáng)度螺栓要求預(yù)拉力所需要的螺母轉(zhuǎn)角值,分析了螺母極限轉(zhuǎn)角能力,為確立高強(qiáng)度螺栓螺母轉(zhuǎn)角法的緊固要求提供了依據(jù)和建議。[關(guān)鍵詞]密貼狀態(tài);轉(zhuǎn)角剛度;極限轉(zhuǎn)角;螺母轉(zhuǎn)角法中圖分類號:TU391 文獻(xiàn)標(biāo)識碼:A 文章編號:1002-848X(2013)S1-0448-05作者簡介:李辰,碩士,工程師,Email:13810214372@139.com。Theoretical and testing study on tightening behavior of high-strength bolts and turn-of-the-nut methodLi Chen1, Zhu Yongjun1, Hou Zhaoxin2(1 CCDI GROUP, Beijing 100013, China; 2 Central Research Institute of Building and Construction Co.,Ltd., MCC, Beijing 100023, China)Abstract: At present, torque-control and turn-of-the-nut are mostly used as the fastener installation methods to produce a bolt tension in steel structure of civil and traffic constructions. The turn-of-the-nut method as a rotation-control method is easily operated and examined which is different from the torque-control method. The tightening behavior of a bolt-nut-washer assembly and theory of different tightening methods are discussed in this paper. The research studies the tightening processes of M20 and M24 fastener assemblies of 8.8 and 10.9 grade to get the relationship between nut rotation and bolt tension. The nut rotations to reach the specified fastener tension from a snug position are finally summarized and the ultimate nut rotational capacity is discussed.
