冷彎薄壁型鋼自攻螺釘群連接抗剪承載力計算方法研究*

(長安大學(xué)建筑工程學(xué)院,西安 710061)[摘要] 為研究螺釘間距對冷彎薄壁型鋼自攻螺釘群連接抗剪承載力的影響和自攻螺釘群連接抗剪承載力設(shè)計方法,對國內(nèi)外有關(guān)自攻螺釘群連接抗剪性能的試驗結(jié)果進(jìn)行回歸分析,擬合出螺釘間距影響系數(shù)的計算公式,并結(jié)合《低層冷彎薄壁型鋼房屋建筑技術(shù)規(guī)程》(JGJ227-2011)和北美AISI規(guī)范單顆自攻螺釘連接抗剪承載力設(shè)計方法,提出了同時考慮群體折減效應(yīng)和螺釘間距影響的自攻螺釘群連接抗剪承載力設(shè)計計算方法。[關(guān)鍵詞] 自攻螺釘;抗剪承載力;回歸分析;螺釘間距;群體折減效應(yīng)中圖分類號: TU392.5 文獻(xiàn)標(biāo)志碼:A 1002-848X(2013)S1-0443-05Calculation on shear capacity of screws connection in cold-formed thin-wall steel structuresWang Shenwei, Shi Yu(School of Architectural Engineering, Chang’an University, Xi’an 710061, China)Abstract:In order to investigate the influence of screw spacing for the shear capacity of screws connection in cold-formed thin-wall steel structures and the design method on the shear capacity of screws connection, authors fitted the influence coefficient formula of screw spacing by regression analysis for experimental results on shear behavior of screws connection at home and aboard.Refering to Technical specification for low-rise cold-formed thin-walled steel buildings(JGJ227-2011) and the design method of single tapping screw connection in North American Specification for the Design of Cold-formed Steel Structural Members (2007 Edition) ,the design mothod on the shear capacity of screws connection considering the group effect and the influence of screw spacing was given.Keywords: tapping screw; shear capacity; regression analysis;screw spacing;group effect
