初始缺陷對冷彎薄壁腹板開孔C形鋼梁穩(wěn)定承載力的影響研究

[摘要冷彎薄壁型鋼構(gòu)件在制作安裝過程中將會產(chǎn)生一定的初始缺陷,包括幾何初始缺陷和力學(xué)初始缺陷。采用ANSYS程序分析了幾何初始缺陷、冷彎殘余應(yīng)力及兩者綜合作用對冷彎薄壁腹板開孔C形鋼梁穩(wěn)定承載性能的影響。根據(jù)算例分析得到以下結(jié)論和建議:對于破壞形式為跨中截面受彎破壞的開孔梁,局部初始缺陷對其承載力幾乎沒有影響,可忽略局部初始缺陷的影響;對于破壞形式為局部屈曲破壞的開孔梁,需要考慮局部初始缺陷的影響,可取0.005倍的腹板高度作為初始缺陷峰值進(jìn)行計算。冷彎殘余應(yīng)力對構(gòu)件極限承載力影響較小,使構(gòu)件整體剛度和穩(wěn)定性略有降低。

Study on the effects of initial imperfections on stability bearing capacity of the web opening C-shaped cold-formed steel beam

Abstract: C-shaped cold-formed steel beam will carry some initial imperfections during manufacturing process, including initial geometrical imperfection and cold-formed residual stress. Finite element analysis software ANSYS is used to study the influence of initial geometrical imperfection and cold-formed residual stress in bearing capacity of the web opening beam. According to the results, the following conclusion and propose are given: the initial geometrical imperfection should be included only when the failure mode is local buckling, and a peak value of the initial geometrical imperfection is suggested as 0.005 times the web height. Meanwhile, stability bearing capacity is verified to be little influenced by the cold-formed residual stress.
