單管塔插接連接節(jié)點(diǎn)抗彎剛度的試驗(yàn)研究*

(1 同濟(jì)大學(xué)建筑工程系, 上海 200092; 2 維蒙特工業(yè)(中國)有限公司, 上海 200000)[摘要]插接節(jié)點(diǎn)是單管鋼塔的一種常見的塔身鋼管連接形式。本文通過5個(gè)插接節(jié)點(diǎn)的足尺模型抗彎靜力試驗(yàn),研究了插接節(jié)點(diǎn)軸向壓力、截面形狀、插接長度、插接段內(nèi)外鋼管貼合率等因素對節(jié)點(diǎn)彈性抗彎剛度的影響以及加載至破壞過程中的剛度變化特征,并與有限元計(jì)算分析結(jié)果進(jìn)行了對比。結(jié)果表明實(shí)際的插接節(jié)點(diǎn)抗彎剛度弱于連續(xù)鋼管,應(yīng)在工程設(shè)計(jì)中予以考慮。[關(guān)鍵詞]單管塔; 插接連接; 抗彎剛度; 插接長度中圖分類號:TU398.7 文獻(xiàn)標(biāo)志嗎:A 文章編號:1002-848X(2013)S1-0431-05Luo Lie1, Tu Wanglong1, Wen Haoran1, Li Juan2(1 Department of Building Engineering, Tongji University,Shanghai 200092, Chian2 Valmont Industries (China),Inc.,Shanghai 200092, Chian)Abstract:Slip joint connections have been used very commonly in steel monopoles. Five prototype slip joints subjected in static loads were tested in this paper. The effects of axial force, section shape, overlap length and contact state between the inner and outer tubes on the elastic flexural rigidity of the joints were researched by the analysis of experimental data and its comparison with the results of the finite element analysis. In the meanwhile, the variation characteristic of flexural rigidity from the elastic flexural stage to the failure stage was analyzed. The conclusion shows that the elastic flexural rigidity of slip joint is weaker than the continuous tube.Keywords:monopole; slip joint connections; flexural rigidity; overlap length
