［提要］武漢市保利花園一期高層建筑的地基出現(xiàn)軟硬交替情況，通過(guò)對(duì)地基場(chǎng)地的分析，采用CFG樁復(fù)合地基與天然地基聯(lián)合處理方式，并同時(shí)按強(qiáng)度和變形雙重控制理論進(jìn)行設(shè)計(jì)。為了有效地減小兩種地基之間的差異沉降及其影響，采用增強(qiáng)基礎(chǔ)剛度和設(shè)置褥墊層的方法。加固后對(duì)CFG復(fù)合地基的檢測(cè)和沉降觀測(cè)結(jié)果表明，此處理方法大大提高了地基的承載力，減小了沉降，且差異沉降控制在規(guī)范限值內(nèi)。該方案合理，并具有良好的技術(shù)效果和經(jīng)濟(jì)效益。

Abstract:The foundation of a high-rise building in Wuhan is soft and hard. Through the analysis of this foundation, the design scheme that CFG pile composite foundation and natural foundation work jointly to treat non-homogeneous subsoil is adopted. In order to effectively control the different settlement between the two foundations, the foundation"s stiffness is enhanced and the pillow layer is adopted. The test on CFG foundation and the settlement observation results show that this approach can increase the foundation"s bearing capacity greatly and reduce settlement, and the differential settlement is in the range of the code"s limit. The program is appropriate and has a good technical and economic result.
