鋼結(jié)構(gòu)旋轉(zhuǎn)樓梯的結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì)及舒適度分析

(中國(guó)建筑標(biāo)準(zhǔn)設(shè)計(jì)研究院,北京 100048)[摘要] 本文利用有限元軟件ANSYS對(duì)一大跨旋轉(zhuǎn)鋼樓梯進(jìn)行了有限元計(jì)算,并參考外國(guó)規(guī)范對(duì)鋼梯進(jìn)行了舒適度分析。結(jié)果證明不加設(shè)柱結(jié)構(gòu)受力和變形也可以滿(mǎn)足,但舒適度無(wú)法滿(mǎn)足要求。加設(shè)柱后結(jié)構(gòu)應(yīng)力和變形均大幅減小,且加速度峰值大幅減小,可以滿(mǎn)足舒適度要求。另外,箱梁剛接對(duì)結(jié)構(gòu)受力變形和舒適度都有利。[關(guān)鍵詞] 旋轉(zhuǎn)鋼樓梯;舒適度分析中圖分類(lèi)號(hào):TU392 文獻(xiàn)標(biāo)識(shí)碼:A 文章編號(hào):1002-848X(2013)S1-0414-04作者簡(jiǎn)介:王贊,工程師,Email:wangz174255@126.com。Design and comfort analysis of spiral steel staircaseWang Zan, Wei Zhenfei ,Wang Hanbing , Wang Yan(China Institute of Building Standard Design and Research, Beijing 100048, China)Abstract: Finite element software ANSYS was used to calculate a long-span spiral steel staircase,to which a comfort analysis was also carried on with foreign criterions as guides. The result shows that without a column added to the structure ,the stress and deformation of the structure meet the requirement, however, the proper comfort degree of the structure can’t be reached. If a column was added to the structure , the stress and deformation of the structure will greatly decrease and that the peak value of the structure’s acceleration reduced hugely. In addition, it can be concluded that box girders with rigid connection have a lower stress, a smaller deformation, and a better comfort than box girders with hinged connection.Keywords: spiral steel staircase; comfort analysis
