一種新型網(wǎng)殼結(jié)構(gòu)的性能研究

[摘要由于優(yōu)秀的力學(xué)性能,建筑美觀性和經(jīng)濟(jì)性,空間網(wǎng)殼結(jié)構(gòu)在國內(nèi)受到越來越廣泛的關(guān)注。本文介紹一種在工程實(shí)際中運(yùn)用的新型網(wǎng)殼結(jié)構(gòu)性能研究。有別于傳統(tǒng)的網(wǎng)殼,此結(jié)構(gòu)的三向網(wǎng)格中一個方向的桿件為了與ETFE氣枕相連接,豎直抬升了800mm。因此,這個網(wǎng)殼由下層雙向交叉桿件,豎向連桿和上層桿件三個部分組成。本文對這種新穎的結(jié)構(gòu)體系的受力性能,抗震性能以及穩(wěn)定性進(jìn)行了深入的分析。研究表明此新型網(wǎng)殼的受力性能接近于傳統(tǒng)的單層網(wǎng)殼,但上層桿件對結(jié)構(gòu)的剛度有較大的貢獻(xiàn)。采用此網(wǎng)殼形式可達(dá)到建筑效果和結(jié)構(gòu)性能的高度均衡,是一種值得推廣的空間網(wǎng)格結(jié)構(gòu)形式。

 Study on the structural performance of a novel single-layer latticed shell

Abstract:Space frame structure is widely used nowadays due to its good performance, economical efficiency and architecturally beauty. In this paper, a new latticed shell structure is presented. This structure can be categorized into single-layer latticed shell structures with three-way grid. However, different to traditional ones, one way of grid is raised about 800mm to support ETFE air pillows. The performance of this new space frame structure has been investigated and analyzed. In detail, the performance of the shell under various loading conditions, the stability and the strength/stiffness of connections have been studied. It can be concluded from the study that raised members are critical to the stiffness and stability of the shell. And the overall performance of the structure meets the requirements in codes and standards, which ensure its safety.
