第十三屆冬運(yùn)會(huì)速滑館屋蓋結(jié)構(gòu)選型與設(shè)計(jì)

(1 哈爾濱工業(yè)大學(xué)建筑設(shè)計(jì)研究院，哈爾濱 150090；2 哈爾濱工業(yè)大學(xué)土木工程學(xué)院，哈爾濱 150090)[摘要] 第十三屆冬運(yùn)會(huì)速滑館整體形狀為197mx118m橢球形，高32m，內(nèi)部主體為鋼筋混凝土框架，上部為張弦桁架結(jié)構(gòu)，外圍采用異形曲面帶肋單層網(wǎng)殼結(jié)構(gòu)。本文首先對(duì)屋蓋設(shè)計(jì)中的幾種可行結(jié)構(gòu)方案進(jìn)行比選，并最終確定屋蓋結(jié)構(gòu)采用張弦桁架結(jié)構(gòu)體系。然后，重點(diǎn)介紹了屋蓋的結(jié)構(gòu)布置、張弦結(jié)構(gòu)的整體受力分析和斷索分析等主要內(nèi)容。此外，本工程中對(duì)受力較為復(fù)雜的節(jié)點(diǎn)采用鑄鋼節(jié)點(diǎn)，并對(duì)其進(jìn)行了實(shí)體有限元分析。目前，采用單向張弦桁架結(jié)構(gòu)的橢圓形平面在大跨建筑中較少采用，本工程將為該類建筑選型提供一定的借鑒和參考。[關(guān)鍵詞] 結(jié)構(gòu)選型; 張弦橋架; 預(yù)張力; 鑄鋼節(jié)點(diǎn)中圖分類號(hào)：TU318 文獻(xiàn)標(biāo)識(shí)碼：A 文章編號(hào)：1002-848X(2013)S1-0305-06Structural selection and design of gymnasium roof in urumchi Speed-skating GymnasiumLiu Haifeng1, Mao Xiaodong1, Li Qingpeng2, Cao Zhenggang2, Wu Yue2（1 Architectural Design and Research Institute, Harbin Institute of Technology, Harbin 150090, China; 2 School of Civil Engineering, Harbin Institute of Technology, Harbin 150090, China)Abstract: The overall shape of Urumchi Speed-skating Gymnasium is an 197m long, 118m wide, 32m high ellipsoid. The inner body is a reinforced concrete frame, the upper structure is a truss string structure and the peripheral structure is a single-layer reticulated shells with special surface ribbed. Firstly this paper compared several possible structural concepts of the roof design, and ultimately chose the truss string structure system as the roof structure. And then this paper focused on the structural arrangement of the roof, the overall stress analysis of the string structure and the cable rupture analysis, and so forth.
