高層建筑停止降水與沉降后澆帶封閉時間探討

(北京三磊建筑設(shè)計有限公司，北京 100048)[摘要] 高層建筑及附屬建筑可采用自重抗浮，降水工藝由于周期長且費用較高會在工程進(jìn)展到一定階段后停止降水以節(jié)省造價，而隨著城市地下水的大規(guī)模開發(fā)，地下水位不斷降低可能引起建筑物的加速沉降。對于高層建筑，主裙間差異沉降可能會引起不可預(yù)見的開裂，對結(jié)構(gòu)安全和耐久性帶來不利影響，運用基于變形的結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計，承擔(dān)一部分差異變形引起的內(nèi)力，并適當(dāng)延后停止降水的實踐，可以大大降低主裙結(jié)構(gòu)連接部位開裂的風(fēng)險。[關(guān)鍵詞] 高層建筑;降水;沉降;變形中圖分類號：TU753 文獻(xiàn)標(biāo)識碼：A 文章編號：1002-848X(2013)S1-0257-03作者簡介：趙楠，高級工程師，碩士，國家一級注冊結(jié)構(gòu)工程師，Email：zhaonan@sunlay.cn。Primary research of stopping precipitation time and design measure on high-rise buildingZhao Nan, Nie Qilin, Liu Longfei, Wang Qin(Beijing Sunlay LTD,Abstract: When there are used anti-floating by self-weight and precipitation technology on high-rise building and auxiliary buildings, because of long cycle and high cost the precipitation is stopped after certain stage of engineering so that to save cost, but following ground water in the city is developed on a large scale, the underground water level will be constantly reduced, so it will cause quick settlement of the building. For high-rise building, the differential settlement between main floor and annex may cause unforeseeable cracking, this leads to adverse effect for safety and durability of the structure. It can reduce cracking risk of connecting parts of main and annexing structure to use design of the structure based on the deformation, to bear a part of internal force caused by differential deformation and properly to postpone stopping precipitation.Keywords: high-rise building; precipitation; settlement; deformation
