［提要］對(duì)于目前較為常見的地下車庫基礎(chǔ)低于相連多高層基礎(chǔ)標(biāo)高時(shí)的基礎(chǔ)型式，進(jìn)行了較詳細(xì)的受力分析。指出采用此類基礎(chǔ)時(shí)，為確?；A(chǔ)穩(wěn)定，應(yīng)確保高差處擋墻的穩(wěn)定。為此，在擋墻的一側(cè)須增加橫墻作為擋墻的側(cè)向支撐。給出了橫墻的算法，結(jié)合工程實(shí)例給出了例題。最后提出了設(shè)計(jì)中應(yīng)注意的問題。

Design of Underground Parking Lot Foundation Lower than Connecting Multi-storied High-rise Building Foundation/Yuan Bin(Beijing Huanyang Century International Architecture and Engineering Co., Ltd., Beijing 100037, China)

Abstract:The detailed load bearing analysis of a common foundation form in which the underground parking lot foundation is lower than the connecting multi-storied high-rise building foundation is provided. It offers the structural measures and calculating methods that should be applied to ensure the foundation"s stability, when dealing with this kind of foundation form. So the cross wall must be arranged at one side of the retaining wall as its lateral support. The calculating method of the cross wall is presented and an example is given. It comes with several examples which can be used as design reference.
