（1 華通設(shè)計(jì)顧問工程有限公司，北京 100034；2 中國建筑標(biāo)準(zhǔn)設(shè)計(jì)研究院，北京 100044； 3 浙江工業(yè)大學(xué)建筑工程學(xué)院，杭州 310000）【摘要】城市中常見的商業(yè)、寫字樓和公寓的聯(lián)合體，往往是下面幾層作為大型商場或公共活動(dòng)場所，面積較大且相互連成一體，上部可能是一棟棟單獨(dú)的公寓或者寫字樓，這樣就形成了一種獨(dú)特的城市綜合體建筑。北京朝陽區(qū)幸福一村綜合樓就是這類綜合樓建筑。通過計(jì)算機(jī)程序建立工程的結(jié)構(gòu)計(jì)算模型，對結(jié)構(gòu)計(jì)算簡圖、周期、地震力反應(yīng)參數(shù)等進(jìn)行分析，為該類型結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì)提供工程設(shè)計(jì)經(jīng)驗(yàn)。【關(guān)鍵詞】城市綜合體;計(jì)算模型;結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì)中圖分類號：TU318 文獻(xiàn)標(biāo)識碼：A 文章編號：1002-848X(2013)S1-0167-05Structure design of Xingfuyicun city complexWang Jia1 , Zhao Guihua2 , Jia Yiming3(1 Walton Design Consulting Engineering Co., Ltd, Beijing 100034,China; 2 China Institute of Building Standard Design & Research, Beijing 100044, China; 3 College of Civil Engineering and Architecture, Zhejiang University of Technology, Hangzhou 310000, China)Abstract: We often see some commercial buildings with large space in the foot of the building. And up is some independent high buildings on large podium. This becomes a kind of unique city complex building. Xingfuyicun residential commercial building is one of this kind.
