北京銀泰中心塔樓樁基礎設計

[提要]北京銀泰中心工程地面建筑由一座酒店、兩座辦公樓和三座裙房組成,地下為長218.2m,寬99.2m的整體4層地下室,所有地上建筑都坐落在整體地下室的頂部。工程基礎底面受力極不均勻,各棟建筑對沉降的不均勻性十分敏感,且基礎工程量巨大,對工程總投資和工程進度都有較大影響,因此,工程在基礎選型、持力層和樁徑的選取、新技術的采用以及施工監(jiān)測方面都做了較充分的方案論證和分析計算,所做工作為整個工程的順利竣工打下了堅實的基礎。

Pile Foundation Design of Towers of Beijing Yintai Center/Li Peibin, Zhao Guangpeng, Lou Yu, Han Hejun, Lü Zuochao, Huang Jian(China Electronics Engineering Design Institute, Beijing 100840, China)
Abstract:Beijing Yintai Center project is composed of a restaurant, two office buildings and three assistant buildings. All the buildings are based on four floors basement structure which is 218.2m long and 99.2m wide. The loads on base are changed greatly and each building is sensitive to asymmetric settlements. The structure design gets sufficient project argumentation and computing in selecting type of base, confirming the right bearing load earth layer and diameters of piles, using new technology and inspecting construction.
