深圳地鐵塘朗車輛段上蓋物業(yè)D區(qū)結構設計

(深圳市建筑設計研究總院有限公司,深圳518031)[摘要]深圳地鐵塘朗車輛段上蓋物業(yè)D區(qū)下部為深圳地鐵5號線塘朗車輛段停車列檢庫,上部為13層住宅,采用框支剪力墻結構,為平面及豎向均不規(guī)則的超限高層結構。為保證結構的抗震性能,采用抗震性能設計方法,對不同構件提出合理的抗震性能目標,采用多個軟件對結構各抗震設防階段進行分析。分析結果表明,結構體系安全可行。本工程可為類似工程設計提供參考。[關鍵詞]地鐵上蓋;性能設計;超限設計中圖分類號:TU318 文獻標識碼:A 文章編號:1002-848X(2013)S1-0129-05Structural design of Shenzhen Metro Tanglang depot superstructure D areaHu Xingwei,Wang Jun,Chen Di,Mo Jichun(Shenzhen General Institute of Architectural Design and Research Co., Ltd., Shenzhen 518031,China)Abstract:Shenzhen Metro Tanglang depot superstructure D area is an exceeding code limit high-rise structure which plane and vertical are irregular, and the structural system is Column-shear wall Transfer structure. The bottom of D area is Shenzhen Metro Line 5 Tanglang depot maintenance, and the upper is residence which has 13 floors. In order to ensure the seismic performance of the structure, performance-based design was used. Suitable performance goal was given to each component, and several software was adopted to carry on the analysis of seismic performance. Analysis results show that the structure is safe and feasible.
