地鐵列檢庫上蓋建筑結構設計

(華東建筑設計研究院有限公司,上海200002)[摘要]本文介紹了軌道交通十號線吳中路停車場列檢二庫及其上蓋商業(yè)樓、辦公樓綜合開發(fā)項目的基礎及上部結構設計。本工程具有毗鄰地鐵站及原有建筑、結構超長、首層樓板高差較大、首層與二層層高相差懸殊、停車列檢庫與上蓋建筑功能不一致等特點。采取基礎分期開挖、設置上柱墩減小開挖深度、控制樁基沉降量等措施避免新建建筑對地鐵運營和原有建筑正常使用造成影響。設置膨脹加強帶減少溫度應力的影響;首層樓板高差處設置梁加腋傳遞水平地震力;二層調節(jié)層高和設置設備夾層改善二層上下層剛度比。最后對轉換形式、轉換位置、轉換層以上結構體系進行了比選。[關鍵詞]列檢庫;上蓋建筑;結構設計;膨脹加強帶;剛度比;轉換形式;轉換位置;加腋梁中圖分類號:TU318,U231+.3 文獻標識碼:A 文章編號:1002-848X(2013)S1-0123-06Structural design of topside building on metro garage for train parking and inspectingJiang Kewei(East China Architecture Design & Research Institute Co., Ltd., Shanghai 200002,China)Abstract:Foundation and upper structure design are introduced in this project, including the GarageⅡ of Metro Line 10, commercial buildings, office buildings above the GarageⅡ at Wuzhong Road, Shanghai. The project is near the built metro station and platform, with characteristic such as overlong structure, big elevation difference at the first floor(ground floor), big height difference between the first floor and the second floor, different architectural functions between the GarageⅡ and its topside buildings, etc.To ensure the using of the GarageⅡ and other built parts, many measures are used, such as excavating by stages, setting upper column pier to reduce excavating depth, minimizing pile settlement. Expansion strengthening belts are used to reduce the temperature affect. Haunched beams at the first floor with elevation difference are used to transit horizontal force smoothly. Story height is adjusted and additional MEP interlayer is set to minimize the height difference between the lower two floors.
